Fully disclosed, success-based, and agreed in writing at the start of each mandate. We are paid only when the acquisition closes at a price that meets your objectives. No hidden referral commissions from the seller side.

Most clients begin the process remotely. We conduct the full search, shortlisting, and due diligence phase without requiring your physical presence. You travel when it is strategically worth your time - typically for 2 to 3 shortlisted property visits and the notary signing. If you prefer a fully remote process, ask us about The Atelier at Distance - our dedicated service for international buyers who complete the acquisition without travelling to Madrid.

The Atelier works with acquisitions from €500,000 upwards in Madrid's prime districts. For rental and relocation, we work from €2,000 per month.
